*Bern has owned and operated Campbell River Custom Floral for 5 years, and during that time she has built a reputation for providing creative floral arrangements and using only the freshest flowers. Born and raised on the beautiful North Island, Bern has called Campbell River home for over 30 years. However, it was while working for Chintz and Co. in Victoria and Calgary that Bern first developed her passion for florals. And like a well-rooted plant, that passion continues to grow. Through her love of design and flowers, Bern slowly developed her unique skills and talents to turn Campbell River Custom Floral into one of the busiest florists on the North Island. Bern understands that flowers are more than simply plants; they are an expression...of love, of caring, of celebration, of remembrance. Immersed in the beauty of flowers and their power to express, it’s hard for Bern to not love what she does.

Ashley got her start in the floral industry in the sleepy North Island town of Port Hardy. She is an integral part of Campbell River Custom Floral, with her creativity, her attention to detail, and her infectious smile. Ashley’s knowledge of the floral industry runs deep, and if there is a question, she can probably answer it. Although Ashley loves all type of flower arranging, she truly excels at custom hand-ties, which must be seen to be believed. For Ashley, working at Campbell River Custom Floral doesn’t feel like work because she loves doing what she does.
